FRIED MANGROVE SNAPPER WITH
ORANGE HORSERADISH SAUCE
 
2 lbs. fish fillets (any white fish), cut into bite size
1 c. flour
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. half & half or light cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (7 oz.) bag shredded coconut
Peanut oil for frying

LOR-E-LEI ORANGE HORSERADISH SAUCE:

1 (14 oz.) jar marmalade
1-2 tsp. horseradish, to taste
Zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp. orange juice
