SPICY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 dozen eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
4 oz. cheddar cheese

Cook, crumble and drain sausage. Combine eggs and seasonings. Place sausage in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Sprinkle with chilies. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
