PORK BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. pork sausage links
3 med. apples
3 med. onions
2 c. brown sugar

Cut links into pieces and cook until done; drain. Slices apples and onions thinly. Combine sausage, apples and onion in casserole. Pour brown sugar over top. Cover and cook 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Cool and refrigerate overnight. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees in the morning. Serve warm. Can be reheated. Recipe can be cut in half.
