CHOP SUEY 
2 lb. fresh pork, cubed
2 lb. beef, cubed
4 cans bean sprouts
1 cabbage, washed & cut up
4 onions, cut up
1 stalk celery
1 bottle soy sauce
1 can water chestnuts, drained & rinsed

Brown pork and beef in a large pot. Add 1 quart of water. Let simmer about 10 minutes. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, cabbage, onions, celery and water chestnuts. Cook until cabbage is done. Add bottle of soy sauce. Eat over rice and add extra soy sauce, if desired.
