AUNT MARGARET'S CHOP SUEY 
1/2 lb. cubed pork
1/2 lb. cubed beef
1/2 lb. cubed veal
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. chopped onions
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. rice or noodles
Salt & pepper
Show-you sauce

In skillet combine meat and vegetables. Cook until brown. Season to taste. Add water. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or more. Thicken juice.
