CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (14 oz.) can fancy Oriental vegetables, drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can chow mein noodles

Mix one day ahead of serving; refrigerate overnight. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Put cashews on top last 15 minutes, if desired.
