BRIE EN CROUTE 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells
1 sm. wheel of Brie
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp. heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place whole wheel of Brie in the center of thawed pastry sheet. Gather up the edges of the dough to envelope the cheese completely. Seal the seams using a small butter knife. Turn the cheese over and place on greased baking sheet. Excess dough may be used to decorate the top.

Combine egg yolk and cream. Cover entire surface of pastry using a brush. Bake 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
