GRITS CASSEROLE A LA DONNA FORD 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1 pkg. diced ham or dice your own
1 pkg. Hormel Crumbled Bacon (or several strips and crumble)
10 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
6 large eggs
1 stick butter of butter
1 cup milk
Several dashes Texas Pete Hot Sauce
1 cup grits
3 cups water

Cook grits until medium consistency. While grits are cooking, brown sausage. Grate cheese. Beat the eggs slightly.

When grits are done, pour into a large bowl to cool slightly. Add the cup of milk and stir. Slice the butter and drop into grits. Stir until melted. Add bacon, sausage and ham. Stir well. Pour in eggs, cheese, Texas Pete, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour into one large or 2 medium baking dishes and bake in oven (375) until slightly brown on top.

Serve with toast.
