KRAUT AND TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. sauerkraut, drained
2 c. tomato, drain some and mash
3 strips bacon
1/2 sm. onion
1/3 c. white sugar

Fry bacon with onion and mix all ingredients together well. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
