HOT TOMATO KRAUT | |
1. 2 gallons chopped green tomatoes. 2. 1 gallon chopped cabbage. 3. 6 hot green peppers. 4. 1 cup coarse salt. 5. Mix everything together. 6. Place in 3 gallon crock. 7. Let stand, covered with cloth, for 9 days. 8. May be left in crock or put in jars. |
