CARAMEL POPCORN 
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. popped corn

In 1 1/2 quart pan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil on medium or medium low for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour in buttered dish over popcorn. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stir every 15 minutes. After cooking time, spread popcorn out on waxed paper to cool and separate popcorn.
