NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cold water

Sift flour. Blend in shortening. Beat egg, add vinegar, salt, and water. Mix with fork until mixture leaves the side of bowl and forms a ball. Roll out on floured board.
