WALNUT FUDGE 
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
16 lg. marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix in a heavy 3 quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over top. Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Remove form heat.

Stir into mixture 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels and 1 cup walnuts. Stir until morsels melt. Spread in buttered 8 or 9 inch square pan. Top with more nuts if desired. Cool. Cut into 30 pieces or into as many pieces as desired.
