HONEY CHIFFON CAKE 
8 eggs, separated
1 c. honey
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 c. flour, sifted with
1/4 tsp. allspice or nutmeg
1/2 c. warm coffee (liquid)
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine egg yolks, honey, 1/2 cup sugar and oil; beat well. Add flour mixture. Add coffee and orange juice. Add baking soda; will cause fizzing. Beat egg whites well. Add 1/2 cup sugar and fold into yolk mix. Bake in 2 tube pans at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
