SNOW BARS 
50 crumbled Ritz
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. pkg. coconut
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crackers and nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Spread with Cool Whip. Top with coconut. Chill overnight covered with plastic wrap.
