CABBAGE ROLLS 
8 lg. cabbage leaves
1/2 c. water
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained (opt.)

Place cabbage in water in large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave at high for 5 minutes to soften. Mix beef, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper with 2 teaspoons soup. Divide among cabbage leaves. Fold in sides, roll up and secure with wooden picks. Place cabbage rolls, seam side down, in 12"x18" dish. Mix remaining soup and sauerkraut and pour over rolls. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 12 to 17 minutes, or until heated throughout, turning dish once during cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
