ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 green peppers
1 onion, chopped fine
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pt. tomatoes
1 c. tomato catsup
1 (or more) pkgs. spaghetti

Cook onions and diced pepper in hot oil in frying pan until slightly browned. Add beef, a little at a time and cook until brown. Heat tomatoes in a cooking pot. Add beef mixture and all other ingredients. Cook slowly until thickened (approximately 1 hour or more).
