BISQUICK 
9 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. non-fat dry milk
2 c. shortening (which does not require refrigeration)

Mix together by cutting with 2 knives until it looks like cornmeal. (Or mix by a mixer at low speed.)
