BISQUICK 
5 lb. flour
2 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. powdered milk
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening and store in container.

MIXTURE:

3 c. mixture
3/4 c. water

Blend; knead 10 strokes. Cut biscuits. Bake in a 450 degree oven until brown.
