SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly and pour into buttered casserole. Mix topping with fork. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
