HOT TACO SALAD 
3/4 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. Catalina or Casino brand French dressing
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 head lettuce, finely shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1/8 c. sliced radishes
1 avocado peeled, cubed
1/2 shredded cooking cheese
Pitted ripe olives
Dairy sour cream
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla or corn chips

Brown meat; drain off excess fat. Add 1/4 cup dressing, onion, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.

For salad: combine lettuce, tomatoes, radishes and enough dressing to moisten; place remaining ingredients in bowl; serve.
