HOT TACOS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions
1 c. jalapenos
Lawry's seasoning salt
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese (taco mix)
4 carrots
2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
Chopped lettuce
Taco shells (hard or soft)

Brown ground beef and diced onions in skillet. Strain. Dice up 4 carrots and add 1/2 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes and add jalapenos (diced) and the packages of taco mix (hot or mild, to taste). Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When carrots are cooked, add a cup of shredded cheese. Add hot sauce and or seasonings as desired and fill taco shells.
