TRI-BEAN MIX | |
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 c. hot dog relish 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed 1 can (8 oz.) cut wax beans, drained 1 can (16 oz.) lima beans, drained 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained 1 lb. bulk bologna, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (about 3 1/2 c.) 1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.) 3 med. stalks celery, chopped (1 1/2 c.) Spinach or lettuce leaves Mix mayonnaise, relish, horseradish and chill until blended. Toss with remaining ingredients except spinach leaves. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Serve in spinach-lined bowl. 8 servings. |
