GRILLED SALISBURY STEAK 
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. dried vegetable flakes
1 3/4 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves

Stir water into vegetable flakes and let stand 3 minutes; drain. Mix meat, vegetable flakes, the 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, paprika and basil. Shape meat into 6 patties about 3/4" thick. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
