SAUSAGE GRAVY 
2 lbs. sausage
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
2 c. flour
1 gal. milk

Brown sausage, add butter and flour, stirring constantly. Add seasoning. Reduce heat and slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thick. Serve over biscuits.
