BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 c. celery, sliced thin
1 (6 oz.) can/jar mushrooms
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. hot water

Brown beef and mix with remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 quart casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over Chinese noodles.
