FINGER SALAD 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. cauliflower
1 1/2 c. broccoli
1 carrot
1 sm. onion
Pepperoni (as desired)
1 pkg. cheddar cheese

Spread rolls onto greased cookie sheet (do not separate). Bake 7 minutes or until brown. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Chop vegetables and pepperoni fine mix and pat into cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut and serve.
