BEEF CHEESE CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cheese crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/3 c. skim milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients thoroughly in bowl. Coat muffin pans with vegetable pan spray. Divide meat in 8 muffin wells. Bake 40 minutes. 154 calories per 1 meat cup.
