FRESH CANTALOUPE SALAD 
3 fresh cantaloupe
2 c. Cottage cheese
1 c. fresh raspberries
1 c. fresh pineapple wedges
Salad dressing

Chill cantaloupe; cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides; drain. Fill cavities with Cottage cheese. Surround cheese with raspberries and pineapple wedges. Garnish with mint. Serve with salad dressing, if desired.
