STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. sliced strawberries

Empty cake mix, flour and Jello in large bowl. Add eggs and water and oil; blend. Add strawberries, beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour in 2 cake pans or tube pan (greased and floured). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. For tube pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

STRAWBERRY ICING:

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. mashed strawberries

Beat 2 to 3 minutes. Spread.
