MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
3 handfuls of mini marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box of instant pistachio pudding
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip

Drain pineapple juice off can of pineapple. Put 3 handfuls of marshmallows in bowl. Pour pineapple juice over top. Let sit 1/2 hour. Then put box of pudding in mixture. Stir well. Then mix in Cool Whip, mix well. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
