PORK CHOP MARANGO 
8 pork chops
1 pkg. Shake-N-Bake for pork
1 1/2 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced

Coat chops with coating mix. Combine sauce and mushrooms with liquid in an ungreased baking dish. Scatter pepper and onion rings over sauce. Arrange chops on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
