MICROWAVE SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. frozen shrimp, cleaned
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Set power at high. In 1 quart casserole, combine garlic and butter. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Add parsley and salt. Stir in shrimp, coating each with butter sauce. Cover with plastic wrap. Set power on medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, stir once. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice over shrimp before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
