MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Fruit topping or Comstock pie filling
Paper muffin tins

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Put one vanilla wafer on the bottom of each muffin tin. Put above mixture on top and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool completely and top with fruit topping.
