CHIP FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts

Mix sugar, butter and milk together and boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Mix well until chips have all melted. Pour into a buttered pan. Cool then cut in squares. Peanut butter chips can be substituted for chocolate.
