FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. refrigerator cookie dough (roll) (chocolate chip or sugar cookie)
1 sm. container whipped topping
Pineapple rings, drained
Kiwi fruit (sliced & peeled)
Maraschino cherries, drained
Mandarin oranges, drained
Strawberries

Lightly grease pizza pan or cookie sheet. Slice cookie roll into thin slices. (I freeze the dough before slicing, it's easier and less messy.) Arrange slices on pan not touching each other but close enough. When baked will be one big cookie. Bake until done, do not over bake (350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes). Remove from oven and leave on pan and allow to cool thoroughly.

When cooled, spread topping on cookie. Arrange fruit in whatever design you like. You may use any of the above fruits or any of your other favorite fruit. Cut with pizza cutter. Serve. This can be made the day before you serve it. As long as you keep plastic wrap on top, it keeps well in refrigerator.
