FROZEN JELLO FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen topping
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained well & chopped
1 (8 oz.) can pears, drained well & chopped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in frozen thawed topping and fruit. Pour into 11 x 7 inch loaf pan and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Better if made the day before. Soften slightly and pour onto plate and slice for serving. Goes great with holiday meal as a change from cranberry sauce.
