FROZEN RASPBERRY FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Juice of lg. can Hunt's (or whatever) fruit cocktail
1 c. cultured sour cream
3 med. bananas
3/4 to 1 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Fresh raspberries or frozen
The fruit cocktail (or other fruit)
1 pt. cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add drained fruit cocktail juice. Whip sour cream into warm Jello. Cool and chill until syrupy. Add fruit and whipped cream and pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan and cut into squares to serve or into a mold. For a larger salad, add more fruit. Especially during wintery weather you can try salad with more juice, sour cream, or whipped cream, or a little more of each and more fruit.
