CORN RELISH 
1 1/2 doz. ears corn (7 c.)
2 c. chopped cabbage
2 green peppers, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 qt. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. whole pickling spice
2 tbsp. salt

Mix all ingredients; cook 30 minutes; stir frequently. Pack into hot jars. Makes about 6 pints.
