PORK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork & beef (chop suey meat)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt & pepper to your taste

Simmer above ingredients together until soft and the meat is cooked (approximately 1 hour).

1 pound package egg noodles, cooked and drained. Add these to the above meat mixture.

WHITE SAUCE:

3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 can drained peas (or frozen)
3 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix together and add to meat mixture. Put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Top with crushed Ritz crackers before baking or chow mein noodles.
