BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR DIP 
1 env. Lipton or Knorr vegetable recipe soup mix
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli chopped, thawed and squeezed
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

In one quart casserole dish mix all ingredients together until smooth. Scatter a little more cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Great with Sun Chips by Frito Lay. Enjoy!
