GINA'S GARLIC BROCCOLI ITALIENNE 
1 lb. broccoli
2 tbsp. olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic to taste
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Steam broccoli and set aside until ready to prepare meal. Place olive oil in skillet and slice garlic cloves into oil. Saute garlic with previously steamed broccoli spears over low heat until broccoli is heated through and garlic turns golden brown. Remove from heat; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover skillet for approximately 5 minutes, or until the entree is ready. Serves 4. Follow with lots of peppermints!
