CRANBERRY MOUSSE 
1 c. Ocean Spray cranberry juice cocktail
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
1 can (16 oz.) Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce
2 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved.

In a small bowl, mash cranberry sauce with a fork until smooth; stir into gelatin until well blended. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes. Chill until firm. Makes 6-8 servings. Kids like it served in small dixie cups.
