COLORADO CRANBERRIES 
1 lb. cranberries, washed
2 c. white sugar (super fine)

Put into a 2 or 2 1/2 quart casserole with tight lid and no water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When slightly cooled, stir gently. Then add 1/3 cup brandy. Stir and leave uncovered to cool. I use apricot brandy.
