HOT BUTTERED RUM, ASPEN COLORADO 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
Brandy
Light rum
Nutmeg
Cinnamon

Melt and blend into a double boiler the butter, brown sugar and honey. This becomes a syrup. Into each glass or cup, add 1 teaspoon of the syrup, into hot water. Add 3/4 ounces brandy. Add 1 1/2 ounces light rum. Add nutmeg. Stir with cinnamon stick.
