CLAM TEMPTER 
1 clove garlic
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. can minced clams
Dash of salt and pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Rub a mixing bowl with garlic. Add cream cheese and cream until smooth. Drain clams, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire to cream cheese and blend. Add clams and reserved juice and mix. Chill until serving time. Good with crackers and celery spears.
