CLAMS CASINO 
36 clams (Little Necks), opened & cleaned
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash red hot sauce
Bread crumbs
Bacon
Parsley

Mix oil, wine vinegar, garlic, lemon juice and hot sauce. Pour mixture on each clam. Top with bread crumbs and bacon and parsley. Broil approximately 15-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Serve in shell.
