LUTZ'S CASINO DIP 
2 sm. cans chopped clams
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
6 slices bacon, fried
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
8 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese

Do not drain clams. Crumble bacon. Add rest of ingredients. Place in 9" pie plate. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with any crackers. Watch it disappear!

To all clam lovers.. Clams. Are. Best. Cooked. In a 12 or 24 muffin pan... with EVOO. Drizzled on bottom then place clam in muffin hole... bacon.. garlic..Worcestershire.. parsley. Butter on top bake and broil quick! :)
