4 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 c. boiling water
2 oz. instant coffee (1/4 c.)
26 oz. (3 1/4 c.) vodka
2 tbsp. vanilla or 1 vanilla bean

Boil sugar and water 20 minutes. Slow boil. Cool 20 minutes. Add instant coffee to boiling water; cool. Stir together vodka and vanilla.
