MAGIC'S COLE SLAW 
1 med.-lg. firm head cabbage
2 lg. carrots
1 tbsp. celery seeds
1/3 c. sweet relish

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
Wine salad vinegar

Use large side of hand grater to shred cabbage. Peel and shred carrots. Wet 1/2 cup to point of saturation with wine vinegar. Mix with mayonnaise until well blended. Add celery seeds and relish; mix. Add to cabbage and carrots. Stir. Mix it all up. Chill and serve. Taste should be sweet/sour. 6-8 servings.
